Multicultural Destination Wedding in Portugal

Neha and Jacob travelled from London to the Alentejo area of Portugal for this two-day multicoloured wedding celebration. Neha and Jacob tied the knot last May at the Torre de Palma Wine Hotel. Because Neha’s family is Hindu and Jacob’s is Catholic, they decided to celebrate their marriage with both ceremonies, as well as Haldi (tumeric) and Mehndi (henna) ceremonies the day before. It’s hard to put into words just how much we love this fabulously colourful multicultural destination wedding, but the images below speak volumes. Neha and Jacob’s wedding was captured by Piteira Photography– their first traditional Indian celebration, this was an absolute feast for the eyes: so much colour and detail, so many outfit changes and gorgeous details.
